Fennel Salad


  • 1 Fennel Bulb, Sliced thinly or chopped coarsely
  • 1 drop Fennel essential oil
  • 1 drop Lemon essential oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice\
  • 2 tablespoon evoo
  • 2 tablespoon grated hard cheese of choice, save a little for serving
  • Dash of salt & pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish


  1. To make the dressing, combine everything besided fennel bulb and parsley in a mason jar or any other small container and shake/stir until well combined. Try the dressing and add more seasoning & essential oil to taste if needed.
  2. Add half the dressing and fennel together and toss gently. Add more dressing if you wish to desired taste. Top the salad with a little extra cheese and chopped parsley.
