10 Ways to Say No to Respiratory Discomfort

What you need
Cardamom, Black Pepper, Rosemary, and Lime. The monoterpenoid chemical component of Cardamom gives this oil the ability to promote feelings of clear airways and easy breathing. Tip: Apply a drop of each oil to the chest and bottoms of the feet three to five times daily.
