Cinnamon Apple Chips
- 5–6 medium apples (Fuji or Pink Lady are recommended, but use your favorite variety)
- 2 tablespoons raw sugar
- 6 drops Cinnamon Bark oil
- Preheat oven to 107° C.
- Combine sugar and Cinnamon Bark oil in small bowl. Stir to combine.
- Slice apples into thin slices no more than 1 centimeter thick. For best results, use a mandolin.
- Place apple slices onto a parchment paper covered baking sheet in single layer. Make sure there’s no overlapping to ensure the crispiest chips.
- Sprinkle apple slices evenly with sugar mixture.
- Place baking sheet in preheated oven for 45 minutes, flipping halfway through the baking time.
- When the edges of the apples curl, take them out of oven and place on wire rack until cooled and crispy.
