How to Use ClaryCalm® Oil?

  • During your menstrual cycle, apply to the abdomen for a soothing massage.
  • Apply to the back of the neck, abdomen, and bottoms of feet to help balance the mood throughout the month.
  • Apply down the spine to help bring on labor.
  • Massage to the abdomen or back of the neck when experiencing hot flashes.
  • Dilute with a carrier oil and apply to skin irritations.
  • Add 2-3 drops into a warm bath with Epsom salts.
