5 Quick Tips to Use Bulgarian Rose Oil​

One of the most precious and sought-after essential oils in the world is Rose. Known as the “Queen of Oils,” Rose oil is highly sought after for its aroma, powerful physical, and emotional benefits.  The rare and pure Bulgarian Damask Rose essential oil beautifies the skin and balances emotions, making this exclusive oil a must-have for your beauty routine. Moreover, this essential oil is also known for its sweet floral and romantic aroma making it the most arguably prized and precious oil in the world.

Aside from the blooming floral aroma, Rose oil also has its unique benefits that can be used to promote overall wellness and has healing properties for several health-related purposes, which I will be sharing with you today!

Here's how to use it:

1. Reduce Blemishes

Rose oil aids in balancing the skin’s moisture levels because of its astringent qualities. Simply apply one to two drops on areas of concern twice daily to reduce the appearance of skin blemishes, promote an even skin tone, and encourage a healthy complexion. Do not forget to dilute with a carrier oil to minimize any skin sensitivity.

2. Achieve Glowing Skin

Rose oil helps reduce the appearance of skin imperfections and promotes a healthy-looking and even-skin tone. You can combine one to two drops with your moisturizer and apply it to the skin.

3. Promote Energy and Vitality

Use three to four drops in the diffuser of your choice to benefit from Rose oil’s soothing and stress-relieving aroma. Diffuse in the morning to promote feelings of rejuvenation and harmony.

4. Ease Pain and Tension

Rose oil has a relaxing effect on many people. It promotes brain stimulation in releasing endorphins, often called the “feel-good” hormone. For menstrual cramps, massaging over the lower abdomen and back to ease the tension. For muscle aches, benefit from a massage by adding Rose essential oil to a carrier massage oil.

There are currently no known side effects of Rose essential oil. However, it’s always a good idea to perform a skin patch test to check for allergies. To reduce the risk of possible skin sensitivity, simply apply a small amount of diluted rose oil to the skin on the inside of your elbow. Only use the oil on your skin if there isn’t any itching, swelling, or redness within a few hours. Consult your physician first if you are pregnant, nursing, or under a doctor’s care. Avoid contact with eyes, inner ears, and sensitive areas.
